The pool area is nice and well-maintained. The room cleanliness was inconsistent, and we found some issues with the bathroom. Breakfast options were limited too.

The bed was fairly comfy, but the mattress needs replacing due to an ugly stain. The temperature control was inconsistent, and the air duct clearly needs cleaning. The carpet in room 131 is worn and should definitely be replaced. soap supplies were insufficient—having to search for more is inconvenient. The table lamps were also outdated, and the light regulators malfunctioned. It was disappointing that room service required a special request; fresh towels were hard to get. While the pool area looked nice, it was overshadowed by cleanliness issues. Some areas need significant attention.

During my weekend getaway, I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just a short walk of about 500 meters from delicious dining options like Kaizen Sushi Bar and Grill and Olive Garden, not to mention the beautiful beaches of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea which are only 1.86 km away, providing perfect opportunities for leisurely strolls along the shore; it definitely helped enhance my experience of exploring the area! The hotel had basic amenities that made it comfortable, like a nice bed and decent facilities, but I did notice some room for improvement regarding cleanliness and breakfast options.

Pleasant check-in with a young woman, but that was the highlight. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathroom? Disappointing. No towels or basic toiletries, and housekeeping was nowhere to be found for days. The breakfast area was poorly stocked, leaving guests frustrated—where were the napkins? The pool was dirty, and the strong smell of marijuana lingered in the halls. Room conditions felt threadbare, and sharing towels with family wasn't ideal. A huge letdown overall considering previous experiences at other locations; it felt more like an afterthought than a welcoming stay.

I felt uncomfortable the whole time. The room had an awful smell, and I got bitten by bugs! The staff was unbelievably rude, and the amenities were either broken or non-existent. Definitely not worth the money I spent!

Swanky Las Olas Boulevard with art, museums, and unique boutiques. Enjoyed visiting the Antique Car Museum and International Swimming Hall of Fame. Near various companies. 5 minutes from Lauderdale Beach. Free internet, breakfast, parking, business and fitness centers.
Found a new hide and seek partner in the hotel - the mysterious stains on the carpet.

The location is pretty nice, giving easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast offered waffles and oatmeal, which was a decent start to the day, despite the lack of variety.
The place could really use a deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with complimentary dove soap and coffee. The property is well, built in a nice community location. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and functioning amenities, like a good TV and pleasant AC setting.
The breakfast options were limited by 9 am, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided.

While the location of La Quinta By Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach is fantastic, the hotel itself suffers from cleanliness and maintenance issues. The rooms were not well-kept, with visible stains and unwelcoming amenities, which overshadowed the potential of this promising spot.

Service was nice and staff was attentive. The food choices were tasty and always fresh.
It was not inexpensive but still fair for what you get.

This hotel requires immediate attention. The rooms do not match the advertised images. I encountered a bed with rust and mold, walls that were dirty, and a bathroom in need of serious repairs. Housekeeping was inconsistent; I had to request basic amenities multiple times. The breakfast left much to be desired—processed food lacking freshness. While the exterior is clean, the interior reflects neglect. Unpleasant odors and bugs present safety and comfort concerns. Staff responsiveness varied, but several interactions were frustrating. For the rates charged, quality must match expectations. There’s potential here, but substantial improvements are crucial. I can't recommend this hotel unless immediate changes are made. Transparency in advertising is essential.

You can easily stroll around and discover a variety of restaurants like Kaizen sushi bar and grill just a few steps away, or take a walk to the beach pavilion which is only about 1.5 km away, while also having shopping options close by like the Sea Ranch Center just over a kilometer away, plus you'll find peaceful parks like El Prado Park within a 3 km distance, making it really convenient for enjoying the outdoors; the staff was friendly, and the overall hotel was nice, but the breakfast area could use a few improvements as we found it lacking in basic supplies.

I loved the vibrant atmosphere and the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun after a long day of exploring. I couldn't get enough of the spa and wellness centre – a true gem for relaxation!

The location was convenient, close to the expressway for easy access. The pool area was well-maintained, offering a nice spot to relax. Additionally, the water worked well in the room, and there were no bugs or clogged pipes, which was a relief.
My xmas stay was far from enjoyable. The initial room was dirty and had issues with stains and water damage.

let's talk about the room itself. The room was quite spacious, which was definitely a plus point. There were ironing facilities available, which was convenient for keeping my outfits wrinkle-free. I did notice that the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn out and could use a good deep cleaning. Now, onto the amenities. The heating and air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable temperature during my stay. I also appreciated having a flat-screen TV in the room for some entertainment. On the downside, the TV remote was a bit finicky, and I had trouble changing channels. As for the bathroom, the bathtub was a nice touch for a relaxing soak after a long day of travel. I must mention that the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. There were visible signs of wear and tear, and the cleanliness standards were not up to par. While the room was not cleaned daily as I expected, the staff was responsive to requests for fresh towels and toiletries. there seemed to be some miscommunication within the staff regarding room cleaning schedules, which resulted in inconsistencies. Lastly, the laundry facilities were a bit lacking. I had hoped for more efficient service in terms of providing clean linen and towels promptly. It was disappointing to have to follow up multiple times for basic amenities. my stay at La Quinta had its positives with regards to room size and basic amenities like ironing facilities and heating. improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness standards, communication among staff members, and the efficiency of laundry services. Hope this detailed review sheds some light on my experience at La Quinta.

In Fort Lauderdale, we enjoyed easy access to the sun, soaked Port Everglades cruise dock, Las Olas Boulevard for great shopping, and the bustling Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport for stress. The 23 miles of beautiful beaches offered endless fun for sunbathing, swimming, and even scuba diving. Plus, the convenient option to try our luck at a nearby casino made our family vacation truly unforgettable.
My children wanted more kid, friendly activities on, site.

the room was perfect for the purpose of our trip and the price was very reasonable. the hotel was only a short walk from a popular street and a 5-mile drive to lauderdale by the sea, which was convenient. overall, the staff was friendly and the room exceeded our expectations.

Easy access to the cruise terminal and airport made it super convenient for our squad. Chillin' at the beach and hitting up the casino were epic. The vibes were on point, and the pool was a vibe!
Could use a sick rooftop lounge for the ultimate party scene.

I chose La Quinta for its close proximity to El Prado Park. The warm service and friendly customer service agents pleasantly surprised me. Each day, I enjoyed the FREE Bright Side Breakfast with fresh fruit, waffles, and all-you-can-drink coffee and juice.
Disgusting, old, stained carpets.

The pool area was very relaxing and easy to use. However, the noise from the groundskeepers was a bit distracting. I'll recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at a hotel in Fort Lauderdale was overall a positive experience. I was in town for a business trip with a group of friends and we found the location to be convenient, close to the airport and in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel offered a range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, 24-hour reception, and a business center. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and all the necessary facilities such as air conditioning, tea/coffee makers, microwaves, and refrigerators. The cleanliness of the hotel and its surroundings was impressive, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
There were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. One thing that could have been better was the breakfast.
